Using Pax Flora products safely
Please read the label before using any Pax Flora product and follow its directions, ingredients and precautions. Use each product only for its intended purpose.

Essential oils & absolutes
- Do not swallow essential oils, absolutes or other fragrance products, or add them to food or drinks.
- Concentrated oils require appropriate dilution before skin use. Do not apply them undiluted, including Lavender and Tea Tree. Never add undiluted essential oils directly to bath water.
- Avoid the eyes, mouth, mucous membranes and damaged skin. Check ingredients for known allergies and patch test skin products as directed. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
- Some expressed citrus oils can increase sensitivity to sunlight. Follow the product-specific precautions before exposing treated skin to sunlight or UV light.
Children, pregnancy & individual needs
Store products securely away from children and pets. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for babies or children, or when you have a medical condition or take medication. A natural ingredient is not automatically suitable for everyone. If pets share your space, ask a veterinarian about suitable fragrance use and allow animals to leave the area.
Diffusers, candles & linen mists
Follow the diffuser manufacturer’s instructions and use it in a ventilated space. Keep concentrated oils away from heat and ignition sources.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Use a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Follow the label’s wick and burning instructions, and allow the vessel to cool before handling.
Test linen mists on an inconspicuous area, avoid the face and allow fabric to dry before use. Hair and body products should be used only as described on their labels.
If something goes wrong
If a product is swallowed, causes a serious reaction or affects breathing, seek urgent medical help or contact a local poison information service. Do not induce vomiting after swallowing essential oils. Keep the product packaging available for the healthcare professional. For other product concerns, stop use and contact us.
