These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pax Flora website and purchases from our store. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pax Flora. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Safety & Disclaimers, Shipping Guide and Refund Policy.
Using our website
You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase contract, or have an authorised adult place the order on your behalf. Provide accurate and complete account, contact and delivery information, and keep your sign-in access secure.
Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the website, or misuse another customer’s information. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect customers.
Products, prices & promotions
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Photographs and colours may vary between screens, and natural botanical ingredients may vary slightly between batches. Always follow the directions, ingredients and precautions on the product label.
MYR is our reference currency. SGD product prices may be set separately, while other displayed currencies use indicative conversions. The amount and currency confirmed for your payment apply to your purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Promotions and bundles are subject to the conditions stated in the offer. Review the items, currency, delivery fee and total before placing your order. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction or cancellation. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
Orders & cancellations
An order is accepted when Pax Flora confirms it. Acceptance is subject to product availability, correct pricing and the agreed payment arrangement. Please keep your order confirmation for reference.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. A dispatched order must follow our return process.
Shipping & returns
Our Shipping Guide explains shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, processing times and estimated delivery times. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier operations, public holidays or customs clearance. International taxes and duties may be payable separately where applicable.
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. These policies do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Loyalty & reviews
Loyalty progress is based on verified paid purchases, after recorded product refunds. Benefits and eligibility are described on our loyalty page. A loyalty tier does not provide additional benefits beyond those listed.
Reviews must reflect your own experience. Only upload content you have permission to share, and avoid including sensitive personal information. By submitting a review, you give Pax Flora permission to display it and its approved attachments on this website. Reviews may be moderated for relevance, safety and authenticity. You can choose an anonymous public display name or withdraw your review through your account.
Website content & external services
Our brand assets, photographs and website content belong to Pax Flora or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping, but commercial reproduction requires permission.
External services, including sign-in and WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy policies. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We take reasonable care to operate it, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Applicable law & policy updates
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Malaysian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. The terms applicable when we accepted your order continue to govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
